Sensoleak is looking for a CTO of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to manage a ML and AI SaaS based data transformation suite of products. This role will be located in Houston, TX. As the CTO, this role will manage a global team of Software Engineering, Data Science professionals, infrastructure and Information Security staff. Candidates will manage a team with a total staff ranging from 5-25 members. Candidates may be required to travel.

Candidates must have experience with enterprise solutions that they have built, deployed and scaled. Sensoleak uses a combination of the latest AI, ML and Cloud technologies. We are looking for a candidate with a discipline in high-performance software languages; Python, SQL, Java, and C++. SCADA platforms and O&G operations systems; Candidates should understand building enterprise class software product in today’s latest Agile methods. Using databases and distributed platforms.

Required Skills

  • Senior Technology Manager overseeing Enterprise Cloud, AI and ML SaaS products

  • Experience managing large teams in multiple international locations

  • Knowledge of enterprise software languages; Java, C++, Python and SQL databases.

  • Ability to make Strategy and Technology Roadmap decisions and manage through development and production

  • Experience managing development, AI and ML, InfoSec and Infrastructure staff

  • Firsthand software architecture experience and enterprise class software development

  • A Micro approach to ML, AI and Data technologies while also possessing senior leadership skills

  • Ability to work with major O&G companies in the US and overseas.

  • Owns key decisions for technology builds, 3rd party software relationships and in-house staff evaluations

  • Proven track record of software performance, deployment and support

  • Advanced degree in computer science, applied mathematics and/or engineering.

  • Expertise working with a team that develops in Python to productionize machine learning models for large-scale datasets

  • HUGE PLUS! Industry experience deploying models based on Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and/or Bayesian statistics frameworks

  • Strong capacity to work with Big Data tools and streaming technology

  • Extensive knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning model production for content analysis and platform optimization

  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for data!
