Judi Robertson

Senior Vice President & General Counsel

Judi Robertson has 37 years of legal experience in the oil and gas industry, including positions in-house with super major oil companies and large oilfield services companies.  Judi’s experience includes conventional and unconventional plays, and her work includes projects offshore and onshore, domestic and international.   She has M&A and compliance experience, as well as first chair trial and appellate experience.

Judi has a Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she served as Assistant Editor of the Texas Tech Law Review, and was a winner of the Hemingway Oil and Gas Award for the outstanding oil and gas law student and the Book Award for Property Law.   Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance.  She is a member of the state bars of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. 

Judi devotes her spare time to Judi founded a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit foundation which has re-homed over 9,500 homeless dogs and cats since 2013.
